(From Our Own Correspondent.) TIAKITAHUNA, Dee. 15. The usual weekly “Hag 500’’ tournament was held in the hall on Tuesday night The winners were Aliss Matheson and Messrs M. Richardson and W. 'Lewis, while consolation prizes were won by Mrs Hearsay, Miss M. Alorloy and Air V. Rankin. Aliss F. Matheson, who has been on an extended visit to the Cook Islands, has returned home accompanied by Air and Mrs A. AlcKenzie. The friends of Air 11. lgglesden, Jackeytown Road, will be pleased to hear that lie lias recovered from Tiis recent illness. Aliss Vera Jeffrey’s hand, which was very badly lacerated a few days ago, is now much improved.
