SPREADING OF BUTTER.
(To the Editor.) g; r In your issue of last Wednesday you have an article headed ‘.‘Butter Fault”— “Difficulty in Spreading. I spend all my available spare time camping in the bush, and I have noticed for years past that our butter will not meit on hot toast made by the heat of an open camp fire I don t know what is being done to New Zealand butter now, to bo different to years ago when our butter never failed to .melt on hot toast.-I an, ’^’ USEN .
