SPAHLINGER VACCINE.

STRIKING RESULTS OF TEST. LONDON, Dec. 19. The Belfast correspondent of Tlie Times says that tests by the North of Ireland’s Ministry of Agriculture of the Spahlinger vaccine disclosed striking results. Eleven calves under test were inoculated with anti-tubercle serum and seven were not vaccinated. Subsequently all were given a lethal dose of tubercle germs. Five of the unvaccinated calves died, but the eleven vaccinated calves are alive and in excellent health. Tho two unvaccinatod calves alive are apparently normal, indicating that a few animals can naturally resist tuberculosis.
