FOOT AND MOUTH DISEASE.

DISLOCATION OF TRADE. Received December 22, 8.45 a.m. SYDNEY, Dec. 22. Mr R. McKenzie, manager of some ranches in Rhodesia, on arrival in Sydney said that foot and mouth disease had dislocated the meat export trade in Rhodesia for two years, but the disease has now been checked and the export trade is recovering. Mr McKenzie, who comes from Dunedin, is en route to New Zealand for a brief visit.
