REGULAR FLIGHTS PLANNED. Received December 27, 9.50 a.m. BERLIN, Dec. 26. Dr. Eckener and a group of AngloGerman business men have arranged to start regular trans-Atlantic Zeppelin services in the spring, calling at Cardington, which was chosen because it possesses a hydrogenation plant. Tho promoters hope to maintain a weekly service via Seville to South America and later, if finance is forthcoming, to Canada and the United States.
