When he was crossing the intersection of the Square and Rangitikei Street about 11.40 o’clock on Saturday morning, Mr Arthur A. Ballingall, a farmer, of Linton, was knocked down by a motor car driven by Mr P. Saunderson, of Avondale, Auckland. He received facial injuries, but these were not serious enough to detain him at the Hospital. Preserve eggs this clean, economical way —use Sharland’s “Moa” Brand Egg Preservative. No trouble or mess. Keeps eggs fresh for months. Does not affect the flavour.—-Advt.
