DROUGHT IN WHEAT BELT.
NEW YORK. Dec. 24. The current issue of The Modern Miller says that drought still continues in the dry sections of the winter wheat belt, while with milder weather the snow covering those sections is vanishing. The condition of the crop is lower than at the date of the Government report^
