ABETTER PUNISHED. Received December 31 2.5 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 29. William Pilbeam, who helped Prince Ahmed Seifeddin, brother-in-law of King Fuad, to escape ftom a mental home in Sussex in 1925, wa s lined £2O, in default three months’ imprisonment on a charge of contravening the Lunacy Act.
