ALL SAINTS’ HOME.

Canon Woodward, chairman of All Sain/ts’ Children’s Home Committee, writes: “May I again trespass on your kindness in making known through your paper that the 27th Birthday Party will be held on Saturday the 14th at 2.30 p.m. at the AH Saints’ Children’s Home in Pascal Street? The home is full and many deserving cases have had to be turned down. This is a big family to keep going, but we have always had the sympathy and help of the people of Palmerston. To care for the orphan aud distressed is a Christ-like undertaking and we ask that as in former years we may have your support again. We ask it for those who are unable to help themselves and commend to your generosity the needs of the little ones. Below is printed some of the articles the matron of the home would find most helpful. These are difficult times and any assistance will be most gratefully received.
