IRISH TRIBUNAL.

Received October 6, 8.10 a.m. DUBLIN, Oct. 5.

The Military Tribunal fined Mr Cronin, the Belton membor of the Dail, and two other prominent persons £25 each on a charge in connection with the auction of cattle seized owing to farmers’ non-payment of rates.

Each was ordered to pay £25 costs on the charge of having membership in an unlawful association to encourage the non-payment of taxes and also of assembling to disturb the public peace.
