FOR REFUNDING PURPOSES. OTTAWA, Oct. 7. While the complete details of the Canadian refunding loan of 225,000,000 dollars will not be officially published until Tuesday, when bonds become available to investors, it is learned on the best authority that the issue will be divided into three series—two, six, and twelve years, to yield 3f per cent., 4.20 per cent., and 4.35 per cent.
