A PRESS OPINION. LONDON, Oct. 7. The Daily Telegraph’s gossip writer “Peterborough” describes Canon How, the new archbishop of Brisbane, as a first-class theologian with an abounding common sense ; he is an AngloCatholic without frills or extremes who shunned rather than sought the limelight.
