LAMB MARKET STEADY. CHILLED BEEF EASIER. On the lamb market the tendency is steady and unchanged. Consumption is satislactory. Mutton market: "Wethers firm with good trade. Ewes dull with prices slightly easier. Beef market: Frozen beef, none available. Chilled boef, prices easier owing to heavy supplies from Dominions. New Zealand porker pigs: Easier with poor 'demand. Now Zealand baconer pigs: Market quiet and unchanged.
