PARLIAMENTARY RECESS.
AIINISTERS’ PLANS. (British Official AVireless.) Received July 30, 1 p.m. RUGBY, July 29. In order to conclude all tho outstanding business before the Parliamentary recess, Cabinet held two meetings. No further meetings are arranged after the end of this week, but the Ministers within reach of London will be recalled should the occasion arise. Air Neville Chamberlain will spend his holiday in Scotland and for a time will be the King’s guest at Balmoral. Lord Hailsham will visit Rio De Janeiro and Buenos Aires, and Air AA’alter Elliott hopes to go to Canada. Alost Alinisters, however, will spend the vacation in Britain.
