A RECIPE.
OYSTER MORN AAA. One and a-half dozen oysters, J cup grated cheese, I lemon, 1 cup milk, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 heaped teblespoon flour, l teaspoon mixed mustard, J teaspoon salt, a pinch of cayenne pepper. Remove oysters from shells and pour off liquid into a cup. Sprinkle shells with a little grated cheese and replace oysters. Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and cook for a few seconds, then .add milk and oyster liquid and stir until it boils and thickens. Remove from fire and add i cup grated cheese, 6alt, pepper and mustard and squeeze of lemon.
