. COMPLETE REST ORDERED. Received August 3. 12.55 p.m. LONDON;. Aug. 2. Earl Baldwin, walking with the aid of a stick, told an audience at a flower show at his home, Astley Hall, Worcestershire, that he could not stand any length of time owing to rheumatism and had been ordered a complete rest. He was going to take it and would make no speeches this year.
