HELP IN MODERN WORLD. Received August 3, 12.55 p.m. LONDON, Aug. 2. , Lord Burghley, speaking at a dinner at White City after the athletic meeting, declared that many people were rather disillusioned regarding the League of Nations, but athletes were building up something worth while—a League of Nations of Sport.
