MANAGER OF OTAKI CAMP. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Aug. 2. Mr J. T. Burrows, of Christchurch, a member of the New Zealand Rugby Selection Committee, was appointed by tlie executive of the New Zealand Rugby Union to-night to act as manager of the All Blacks during the training at Otaki.
