LONDON MARKETS DULL. The Department, of Agriculture has re ceivcd the following cablegram, dated July 30, from the High Commissioner for Now Zealand, London: Tallow.—Market continues quiet on spot, with prices unchanged. Ilemp.—Manila: Market dull and easier, buyers holding back. K grade for JulySoptembcr and August-October shipments quoted sellers £3l 15s. Sisal: Market quiet; steadier at the close, June-August shipments sold £27 10s; Aupust-October, £27 7s 6d to £27 15a New Zealand: Market nominal; no first-hand sales reported. Peas.—Maples: Demand slorv; A grade Tasmanian afloat sold 55s to 565; September and October shipments, 56s od to 575. No. 1 New Zealand for AugustSeptember shipments sold recently 545. Blues: Slightly better demand early this month. A grade Tasmanian sold for JuiyAugust shipments, £l2.
