MASKED INTRUDERS.
ACTION IN FREE STATE. Received August 4, 1 p.m. Three armed masked men entered the home of Sir Dawson Bates, Ulstei Minister for (Home, Affairs, at Portrush, threatened the maidservant, who was the only occupant, and ransacked the house. It is believed that t.»uy were seeking police reports of last week’s RoyaJ visit disorders. Failing in their search, they drove off in a car.
