ACTIVITIES AT HOME,
WILL VISIT WASHINGTON,
Received August 4, 10.5 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 3. The New Zealand Minister of Labour (Hon. H. T. Armstrong) has concluded his tour of the principal industrial centres of the United Kingdom and the Free State, during which he was entertained at luncheon by Mr De Valera and members of the Dail. He will sail for New York aboard the Queen Mary on August 5. He will visit Washington at the invitation of the United States authorities, confer with officials and American Labour leaders, and join the Aorangi at Vancouver.
