PRIVATE MEETING PLANNED. DELHI, Aug. 4. Mr Gandhi lias arrived and is accepting the Viceroy’s invitation to make his acquaintance although there is no public business to discuss. DISCUSSIONS HELD. Received August 5, 10.55 a.m. DELHI, Aug. 4. All official statement announces that the Viceroy and Mr Gandhi discussed Mr Gandhi’s visit to the North-West Frontier Province and cognate matters. The Viceroy is communicating Mr Gandhi’s views to the Governor of the province. They also discussed the improvement of conditions of the peasantry.
