Tho present Palestine plan is declared unacceptable by Dr. Chaim Weizmann, Leader of the Zionist movement at the Zionist Congress, in announcing that a resolution would be introduced empowering the executive to negotiate with the British Government only provided the project enabled the Jews in Palestine to live their own independent national lives and helped to solve the Jewish problems in the different countries.
