MEETINGS IN LONDON. (British Official Wireless.) Received August 5. 11.25 a.m. RUGBY, Aug. 4. No date has been fixed for the next meeting of the Non-Intervention Committee, but it is- considered possible that the Earl of Plymouth may call a meeting of the chairman’s subcommittee on Friday. To-day the Earl held conversations with the French, Italian and Russian Ambassadors. He is seeing the German Charge d’Affaires tomorrow.
