At the Pahiatua weekly sale a fair entry of sheep came forward, also a moderate yarding of dairy cattle and pigs. Quotations: Wether hoggets, 245; aged ewes, 15s 6d to 19s 6d; dairy heifers, £6 ss; dairy cows, £5 15s, £6, £6 5s to store pigs, 255; young boars, 3gns. to 3igns.
