MAGISTRATE’S COURT.

In the Magistrate’s Court, yesterday, evidence was heard in a case in which H. AV. Cribb (Mr A. M. Ongley). sharemilker, of Awahuri, claimed £290 14s 9d from J. M. Bennett (Mr J. M. Gordon), farmer, of Awahuri. while the latter counter-claimed, for the sum of £267 12s 9d. The claims arose following the termination of a sharemilking agreement. The Magistrate (Mr H. P. Lawry) adjourned t'he hearing sine die after he had heard a considerable amount of evidence.
