SHOWGROUNDS BUILDING. The extfint of the insurance to be received by the Manawatu and West Coast Agricultural and Pastoral Association for the loss caused by fire some months ago in the Wheeler Memorial Building was explained at a meeting, of the general committee of the association to-day. „ ; .. , The treasurer (Mr A.
