No second prize unless three. 3. — The stewards have power to make sm;h modifications m the progranwne as they may deem necessary, and to postpone any race or races m the event of bad weather. 4. — A ny person entering a boat must be a subscriber to the funds of the regatta of not less than half a guinea, with exception of boys' race.
