Thubsday. In theLesrisUtiveAssemblv, last night, the Reforrri BUI was read.a third time on a division of 48 to 27. An amendment moved by Mr. (iaunonn, that-the Leeiilative Council should be elected m 1883, was previously accented by the Tlous* 1 , but a motion by Sir Bryan O'Loghlen, to refer t*-« Bill to a select committee, was rliled out of order The Legislative to-nighfpassed a resolution declining to receive the Reform Rill from the Assembly for consideration, on: the ground that the question had already been d alt with during the present session, and, moreover, because the House was of opinion that such a measure shonld have been initiated m the Council, and not m the Assembly.
