ATHENS.
Wednesday. . M. Coumoundouros, the Premier, made a speech to-day dealing with the present negotiations for the pettlement of the frontier difficulty with Turkey. In the course of his remarks, he expressed the opinion that though there was every possibility that Greece wouH be compelled to go to war to enforce her rights, an outbreak of hostilities with Turkey was not inevitable, and might be avoided by negotiation.
