ATHENS.
Wednbbdat. In accordance with the decision of the Powers to accept the Porte's proposal to cede territory m Tbessaly alone, to Greece, the Envoys of the Powers m this city are strongly urging the Hellenic Government to agree to the proposal, and thus arrive at a settlement of the Turko-Greek difficulty. The Greek Press to-day, m discussing the proposals made by the Porte for the settlement of the frontier question, utterly repudiates any obligation on the part of Ureece to accept the terms offered by Turkey, and urge a firm refusal of the same.
