A HITCH IN THE TRANSVAAL SATTLEMENT.
CAPETOWN, Batuihmy. Telegrams are to hand from Pretoria, m the Transvaal, announcing that, since the conclusion of the draft convention by the Royal Commission, a hitch has occurred m further negotiations, which have been opened between the Commissioners and the Boer leaders. The difficulty, it is feared, may delay the Transvaal settlement.
