i Under a Master. Judging from the quality of the comparatively Ismail number?^ successes m the 4th Standard and those bolow it, lam sorry to have to report that this echool has not progressed so satisfactorily as at the time of my " surprise visit I had hoped it would. The school then gave tokens of ,caieful management, and The 4th Standard and those below it did badly ; the sth, made la very - good pass t while the 6th was a failure. No less, th^n 21 sch^lSrs were absent, and the*r£"-wVs 'up-s ufficient reason given. - .11 Mr J. A. Seaton, the master, is well qualified to hrproye the bonditio'n or his school/ ■ .~ The Chairman of the School Committee was presonfcin the cpurse of the examination. , The duplicate schedules were forwarded to the Chairman of School Committee on the 12th of October last.
