The creditors me*; at 11 a.m-. today. Mr Hankins, as proxy for W. and G. Turnbull and Co., moved the appointment of Mr James Linton as trustee. . Seconded by Mr W. G. Rutherford. ' * : Some discussion ensued, during which it was stated by Mr Perkins that to Mr Linton personally there was not the slightest objeccion, but that as he was the representative of the Wellington creditors, and nominated by them, it would be only fair that a creditor from the other side should be proposed as a co trustee. Eventually Messrs Linton and Wylds were proposed as co* trustees. The voting being taken it was found there was ■* majority m value for Mr Linton only, but m number for Messrs Linton and Wylds, Botn motion and amendment were therefore lost. ' ■
