All Saints' Church.

At a meeting held at Mr Waldegrave's office on Monday, m connection with AU Saints' Church it was stated that the Diocese would relieve the vestry of the liability of £175, balance of building debt, taking from the vestry their debentures, payable at the rate of £25 yearly, till the debt is liquidated* This will entirely relieve the vestry and leave both church and parsonage free from debt. The meeting resolved to comply with the request of the Synod and undertake to provide £200 per annum towards the stipend of a resident clergyman, the Synod providing the balance of £50. We understand tbat an able clergyman is to be appointed. He is a graduate of Cambridge University, and is now m South Australia.
