The principals, with the amount m which tiiey are indebted, are George Taylor (L 267 7e 6d), "William Thompson (£127 4s 2d), Thomas Morgafa (£ 123 os 2d). The names' of the" ' bondsmen are John Morgan, George Morgan, "William Taylor. Frank Lewin, George Thompson, and Henry Thompson. The contract for tfce conveyance of mails by direct steamer is for a period of five years. The contract time for the voyage is 42 days on the trip Home and 45 days outs wards.* The contract with the Union Steam .Shipping Company for the distribution of the mails is.nbt signed but it is -expected to be int he courseof a day or two.
