MR. PIRANI EXPLAINS.

(To The Editor)

Sir,—A.s a civil question deserves a civil reply, I would like to inform you that I am standing for Palmerston, as I stood in 1900 as the recognised Opposition candidate on the platform I have Advocated since 1890. In no way have I changed a single political belief I held then, except perhaps that my dislike of the present Ministry and tbeir.administration is ten times more accentuated.— I am, <_c, Fred Pirini. Palmerpton North, July 8, 1905.
