Admiral Kruger, with two battleships f four tprpedoers, and a destroyer, has arrived at Kustonji. He exchanged salutes with the Roumanian cruiser Elisabeta, and claimed possession of the Kniaz Potemkin. The commander replied that King Charles had ordered a transfer of the warship to Russia, which was effected au boar later, after a Russian priest had hald a service of purification from murder and rebellion.
