Received July 10, 11.30 p.m. . • Bi. Petersburg, Yesterday. Twenty of the Kniaz Potemkin's mat-tied sailors asked the Bussian . - Consul at Kustenji to repatriate them. , ~JThe remainder remain in Boumania. The surrender was due to other ships not joining in the mutiny.
