Press Association—Copyright. Received July 10, 9.50 p.m. Sidney, Last Night. A. stiff norwesterly gale is blowing and it ia bitterly cold. The observatory predict*,heavy weather in the Tasman Sea. The vessels coming this way are haying a tough time. There is heavy rain inland, and floods have occurred at Tumufc and Kiandra. Many settlers have been flooded out.
