The Tivoli
“TERROR ABOARD’’ John Halliday, Neil Hamilton, Shirley Gray, Verree Teasdale, and Jack Le Rue are featured with Charles Ruggles in “Terror Aboard,” screening at the Tivoli to-night, the story of a madman’s attempt to Kill three dozen persons aboard a ship. Halliday, in the role of a world-famous financier, whose frauds are exposed while he is at sea ou his private yacht, decides that he can escape only by disposing of everyone aboard the vessel but Miss Grey, with whom he is in love. Ho intends to take her to a deserted island with him, and spend the rest of his life there. One by one, passengers and crew succumb,‘each death occurring in more horrible, more gruesome fashion. Arrival on th 6 scene of Neil Hamilton, an aviator also in love with Miss Grey, brings the picture to a dramatic climax. The screening for Wednesday and Thursday will be “Hot Pepper,” starring Edmund Lowe, Lupe Velez, Tictor McLaglen. El Brendel, Lillian Bond and Gloria Roy. There will be a. matinee to-morrow afternoon.
