Euchre Party and Dance at Kakariki
There was a fair attendance at the cnchro party and dance which was held at the meeting-house, Ivakariki. in aid of the Anglican Maori Mission. The music for the dance was supplied by the “Kakariki Vacity Four.' 5 The Eev. Renata presented the prizes and also thanked the visitors for coming and making the evening such a success, and also those who sent in donations. Prize-winners were: Mrs Jack Pautama 1, Mrs J. Mcßride 2; Miss Murphy, consolation; Mr S. Teko 1, C. Beranche 2, B. Prior consolation. Spot waltZj Mr and Mrs Winiata; Monte Carlo, Miss Blake and W. Apihana. Mr L. Hakaraia was the M.C.
