Obituary
MRS M. COOKE, FORMERLY OF W O OD ViLLE The death occurred on Sunday at the Waipukunau Hospital, of Mrs Margaret Cooke, wife of Mr R. G. Cooke, of Wellington, and third daughter of Mr and Mrs T. Hutchins, of Ross Btreot, Woodville. The deceased lady spent her school days in Woodville and was popular with her many friends by her bright and cheery nature. The late Mrs Cooke had been in ill-health for the past eight years and had been an inmate of the Waipukurau hospital for the past six weeks. She is survived by her husband, one son, two brothers and three sisters. In the sympathy that will go out to these bereaved ones will be also a deep and personal sorrow for her passing, for she will be ae truly mourned by the many who knew her as by her near relatives.
