Pleasant Bridge Party' For Auckland Visitor

A very pleasant afternoon bridge party was held at the residence of Mrs. Sydney Freeman, Koy street, on Monday last, the guest of honour being Mrs. E. M. Pirani, who is returning to Auckland next week. The rooms were tastefully decorated with anemones and Japanese flowering cherry blossom. Mrs. Freeman wore a graceful frock of lime green colour, Mrs. Pirani’s frock being of dahlia red, with which she wore a black bridge coat with Oriental embroidery. The guests included: Mesdames Belling, M. Millar, Sinclair, Lawson, Goodwin, O. Williams, Dibble, M. Palmer, J, Millar, Lifilton and Beese, and the Misses L. Millar and Goodwin (2).
