Mrs Don Fraser, of Dannevirke, is on a visit to her parents, Mr and Mrs John Gould, Feilding.
Miss Murdoch and her niece, Miss Betty Mason, aro back in Feilding after a short visit to Wellington.
Mr and Mrs H. H. Wylie, of Na.pier, wore week-end visitors to Palmerston North.
Mrs L. A. Abraham returned to Palmerston North on Saturday, and is very much better in health, her many friends will bo glad, to learn.
Mrs N. H. Sinclair, of Palmerston North, who has been on a visit to her people in England, left on her return hy the s.s. Moldavia in September, and is due in Sydney next week. Mrs Sinclair intends to spend a little time in Sydney before returning to New Zealand.
Following a short but severe illness, Mrs A. B. Farmer passed away at her home in Queen street, Feilding, yesterday. Much sympathy will go out to Mr Farmer and her children in their sad bereavement, which removes from Feilding a very generous helper in all activities associated with the relief of distress and sickness.
Mr end Mrs Athol Shannon are leaving this district for Otaki, where Mr Shannon has accepted the position as manager of an estate. Though regretting their removal from Feilding, their friends will wish them prosperity in their new surroundings. Mr and Mrs Shannon have for many years been popular members of this community, and have been untiring in their activities in assisting the social life of tho district.
