BIG SUM CLAIMED

(Received Bth January, 1.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. A writ has been issued on behalf of the “Daily Telegraph” Newspaper Company in liquidation against Arthur Rickard and Company claiming £145,000 damages. It is understood that the claim arises out of the sale of the “Daily Telegraph” building to the Hotel Savoy Limited in liquidation.
