Appeal Court.

(by telegraph) Wellington, November 11. The Court of Appeal was occupied today hearing the charge brought by the Southland District Law Society against J. S. Neave, solicitor, practising at Gore, of inserting certain unauthorised words in a bill of sale. After hearing evidence the Court suspended the defendant for six months.
