[By Electric Telegraph—Copyright, j (per united press association.) Received November 15, at 10.55 p.m. London, November-15. At the . annual meeting of the New Zealand and" Australian Land Company the profit was shown to be L 85,737. A dividend of five per cent, was declared and L 18.237 carried forward. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company's earnings were L 196,610, showing a deficiency of L 6732, which was attributed to the drought.
