November 21. On Saturday night the Premier gave a political address to a packed house. Mr Jas. Boddie was in the chair. The tremier spoke for an hour and threequirters and dealt largely with the progress of Taranaki. He gave a resume of the more important measures passed last session, dealing moro particularly with the Stock Act, Old Age Pensions, Dairying, and Conciliation legislation. Taylor will leave this morning for Wellington.
