The individual bonuses range from 21s to 33s per .cent on the original sum assured, according to the amount of previous bonuses, the total of the reversionary bonuses so allotted amounting to £338.760. The funds of the Department on December 31st were £5.033,883, in addition to £189,121 set aside to meet, possible depreciation in assets.
